Whether its working with a start-up or with a Fortune 500 company, my experience includes developing brand identity and voice to create market differentiation, building content and media plans to drive brand awareness, and developing marketing campaigns to increase loyalty and advocacy among audiences. My background in content and Public Relations brings an earned mindset to creatively building brands.

Having spent most of career in social media, I have developed an extensive understanding of how to engage, influence & grow targeted audiences, while maximizing ROI. From buying ads on Facebook, to directing content creators and Influencers on Instagram, to live streaming shows on YouTube, I have lead marketing efforts across all distribution platforms to generate action among communities.

Being a leader is one of the most important skills I have developed during my career. I bring a strong sense of empathy and understanding to my teams, and ensure that everyone has a voice and is heard, that each person is taught and trained in the manner that best suits their personality. As a leader, my role is to champion and guide teams to make their own decisions for success.

Lead social, content, and creator marketing teams that deliver full-funnel campaigns to support growth and retention on Amp, Amazon Music's live podcasting and streaming platform. Exceeded full-year engagement metrics by 322% through strategic planning and creator partnerships. Drove increased relevancy among target audiences utilizing social listening, averaging 135% attainment to monthly goal. Achieved 120% conversion goal by mid-year through strategic creator-led programs.

Led global social marketing and newsroom teams for Amazon Alexa, driving upper funnel brand awareness to make Alexa the #1 most loved AI across social media. Executive produced and distributed Alexa branded content across US and global Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok handles, achieving 125% goal attainment. Created global reporting framework that measures high-value actions and ROAS on upper-funnel social marketing. Led news-jacking content creation process, inserting Alexa into 65+ stories globally, leading to increased on-device engagement.
